DATE OF BIRTH: We collect age information in order to keep in compliance with internet laws and practices. Users under the age of 13 are not allowed to create profiles on this site.

IP's: An IP address is a numerical identification and logical address that is assigned to the computer you are using.  IP addresses are also logged in order to prevent multiple account creation. And to at times, ban specific users from accessing our site.

COMMUNICATIONS: All communications may be recorded. (This includes the chat IM feature, and image files transited through the chat.) We do not "snoop" or "spy" on your conversations, EVER. - However they are recorded in order to ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws and our Terms & Conditions.

PRIVACY: All content is visible to administrators on the site. Even if your materials are set to private, the Damnedsociety.com admin's can all ways view your private profile, blogs, photos and videos. Please note that these are ADMINISTRATORS ONLY! Users, musicians and other standard profiles cannot access your private content. We do this in order to make sure users are complying with our terms of use.

THIRD PARTIES: We do not sell any user info or give away any of the information we collect unless we are asked by law enforcement officials to release information.
